About our Founder, Global Thought Leader

Dr Avinash Jhangiani is a leadership trainer and coach with nearly three decades of global transformation and leadership experience with Big 4 consulting, global media conglomerate and multinational companies in the US and India. As founder CEO and chief facilitator of Play2Transform Group, Dr. Jhangiani currently uses principles of human-centric design and play as a catalyst to accelerate change and foster new age mindsets with a culture of co-creation and innovation for organizations such as Amazon, Google, HP, Essar Group, Deutsche Bank, LinkedIn, among others. He serves as adjunct faculty in leadership, design thinking, digital transformation and innovation at ISB and IIM Ahmedabad Executive Education Programs, among other business schools. His published works can be found in reputable publications like GBIS journal, WARC, Mint, Outlook Business, Economic Times, Business World, Silicon India, CIO Review, People Matters, among others.
